Zeno Market Privacy Policy

Zeno Market is a prediction-market aggregation service. This policy explains the information used when you create an account, connect a wallet, view markets, or submit an order.

Information we process

We may process your account identifier, Google account email and profile identifier when you choose Google sign-in, public blockchain wallet address and signed authentication message when you choose wallet sign-in, session and security records, order instructions, transaction identifiers, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provision and operate your trading account, display balances and order status, route instructions to supported venues, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with applicable obligations.

Third-party services

Zeno Market may communicate with Google for authentication, hosting and database providers for service operation, blockchain networks, and supported prediction-market venues. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.

Data protection

Authentication credentials and managed-wallet secrets are encrypted or stored as restricted deployment secrets. We do not ask Google for access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other unrelated Google data.

Retention and choices

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, and meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
